PlanetOS is made by Hüseyin Sezer Yıldırım. These terms apply when you download, buy or use PlanetOS. By using the app you agree to them.
1. The app
PlanetOS is free to use for up to 5 actions a week. PlanetOS Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the weekly limit and lets you work on many files at once. A Pro license is for one person, on the Macs they use. You may not resell PlanetOS, or offer it as part of a paid service, without permission.
2. Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
PlanetOS Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars; Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where it applies. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
3. Your files
You keep all rights to the files you process. You’re responsible for having the right to convert, edit or share them.
4. Third-party components
PlanetOS includes open-source software such as ffmpeg and libwebp, each under its own license. The licenses are listed in the app’s About window.
5. No warranty
PlanetOS is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be error-free. Keep backups of important files; PlanetOS never overwrites originals, but things can go wrong.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from using the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
