WebM to MP4
Drag the WebM video, tap Shift and drop it on MP4. You get an MP4 that plays on iPhones, in QuickTime and in video editors that don't accept WebM.
How to convert WebM to MP4

Start dragging the WebM file, from the desktop or any folder.

While you're still holding it, tap Shift. A ring of planets opens around the file, one for each format it can become.

Drop the file on the MP4 planet. The MP4 copy appears next to the original a moment later.
Where WebM comes from
Browsers, screen recorders and some download tools save video as WebM. It's a fine format on the web, but iPhone, older Macs and many editors won't open it.
Converting to MP4 re-encodes the video so it plays everywhere. You can set the quality and maximum resolution in Settings → Formats.
PlanetOS does all of this on your computer. Your files are never uploaded, and it works without an internet connection.
